Overview
Hi I’m Aaron and I am an instructor at The Conscious Self, I am a leader and facilitator of breathwork.
I use methods such as pranayama to help calm the nervous system so that we can allow stillness into our everyday lives. I am also a trainer in various other modalities of breathwork that can help release trauma and trapped emotion, rid ourselves of anxiety and allow us to heal on a deeper level.
The ethos of The Conscious Self is to connect us to a more conscious & healthier version of ourselves we do this by reconnecting to nature and through nature we can rediscover our true nature.
I also hold beautiful nature retreats all over the English countryside, men’s and group retreats and much more!
